The New England Region is blessed with an extraordinary Art Gallery at the New England Regional Art Museum ( NERAM ). Which is the site of HARVEST, Lyn and my favourite restaurant and bar. The food divine, the cocktails sublime the staff delightful. This is the real deal. innovative, fresh and seasonal. The menu is an ever evolving testament to New England produce and what can be achieved by a master chef.....Oh and did I mention the cocktails. Uralla's Top Pub
New to the family of Dobson's stockists is the venerable Uralla Top Pub. The Top Pub is a Uralla institution. The restaurant is doing a new desert featuring Dobson's Le Caf, and the vodka's, whiskeys and Liqueurs are all available.
We heartily recommend the restaurant, it is one of the best in the region. And Matt & Lee are wonderful hosts.

Wonderful food and Travel journalist and blogger Mrs Walsh recently tried our Le Caf liqueur whilst dining at Bondi Icebergs ...She kindly said that the affogato made with our Le Caf was the best she had ever tasted...quite a recommendation. We just saw that she has featured a recipe and serving idea for a Le Caffogato in her blog.
Le Caf is a maple syrup and Italian Espresso liqueur and works extremely well with ice cream. Making a versatile and easy dessert.

And now proudly stock Dobson's unique craft spirits, A full range of vodka's, liqueur's and whiskeys adorn the shelves of this one of Victoria's premium wine shops.
If you are passing through the Dandenongs, do drop in on Ross and his wonderful staff and say a big hello, you will be rewarded with one of the best wine, beer and spirits experiences in Australia. Methuselah is the only still of it's type in the world. Its unique twin head design allow for the spirit vapour to be directed "on the fly" to either the Gin Carter head or to a totally seperate Vodka condenser.
The Gin taken from the Carter Head is floral and fragrant It lacks the oils, which weigh down most heavier Gins made by Masceration or infusion. It is especially suited to martinis. Where the subtle botanicals really shine as the ice ans the shake or stir really open up the palate and nose.

Susan is chronically addicted to food, film, and photographs…. she is well known for her ‘different’ take on the what is the norm in cuisine. not formally trained, she owned the two chef hat restaurant ‘pond’, in kings cross which was the platform for two of sydneys current top five chefs. Guillaume Brahimi from ‘Bennelong’ and Peter Gilmore from ‘Quay’, who is currently numbered in the top 30 chefs in the world.
