Steaks from prime grass fed  and local  dry aged then wet aged to our specifications.  Home smoked salmon, changing specialties, and changing seasonal dishes round out a small but perfectly formed menu. Our chef Lyn, is an innovative creator of unique dishes. Our meals are memorable and are perfectly complemented by our range of wines, beers and spirits. All developed and made on site in our own facility. Tours of which are available on request.
